Emily was one of the first bloggers I really connected with back in 2014. We’ve met a couple times in New York, Tampa and most recently Philly. What attracted me first to Emily’s blog is her amazing writing and ability to distill such relatable truths.

Today my guest Jess, the blogger and personal trainer behind Hello to Fit sheds some serious light on an issue everyone is dealing with: our careers. We're fed this narrative that we go to school, find a job and then become an expert over the next 30-40 years. Unless you end up practicing law or medicine, then that's hardly ever the case. Yet here we are, kind of silently, yet collectively freaking out about how we honestly have no idea what we're doing or if we're moving in the right direction or why we're questioning everything we thought we wanted.
But guess what?! You're not freaking alone. Jess shares how a super stressful year forced her to look inwards. And yup! you guess it, that's where the magic happens.
