On this episode, I share my own personal experience with healing my relationship with exercise. I share how I went from a normal, pretty active kid to someone who was obsessed with calories and going to the gym. I share how exercise played a role in my eating disorder and how that role morphed over the years. Finally, I share how taking a break from regular exercise in conjunction with intuitive eating helped me reassess the role that working out really played in my life. I finally share the role that intuitive movement plays for me now, and why it’s all about joy and mental health.
