Kylie Mitchell is the founder of the food/lifestyle blog immaEATthat.com, which she started 6 years ago in an effort to stop disordered eating and help people fall back in love with a healthful relationship with food and their bodies. Through her blog and her private practice, immaEATthat Nutrition Counseling, Kylie works to promote positive body image, intuitive eating, eating disorder recovery and Health at Every Size. 

In 2016, Kylie released her “How to Eat” eCourse, an online course on intuitive eating & body acceptance.  The course was created to offer a more affordable option for nutrition counseling other than one-on-one counseling with a non-diet dietitian.
