On this episode, I share my own personal experience with healing my relationship with exercise. I share how I went from a normal, pretty active kid to someone who was obsessed with calories and going to the gym. Finally, I share how taking a break from regular exercise in conjunction with intuitive eating helped me reassess the role that working out really played in my life. I finally share the role that intuitive movement plays for me now, and why it’s all about joy and mental health.

Today I'm sharing an exciting announcement... I started a new podcast with my friend Engrid Latina. I'm sharing the first episode here "get to know the gal pals."

You can find the rest of the new episodes here:

https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/gal-pals/id1465664059

Welcome to Gal Pals, a deep-dive lifestyle podcast hosted by Georgie Morely & Engrid Latina. Tune in every Thursday to hang out with us, as we candidly chat about navigating specific life moments like: dealing with conflict, getting out of our own heads, owning your ish, healthy communication, and seeing the stories we tell ourselves. This show dives into the kinds of topics you might talk about in therapy. We keep it candid, playful, and abundantly detailed!

On this episode Engrid and Georgie ask each other fun “get to know you” questions and share how Gal Pals came to be.

We Talk About

Why we started the podcast

Questions We Ask Each Other

What are things people don’t know about us

Things we’ve learned about each other

Habits and phrases that other people tell you that you say and do a lot

What we’ve learned from each other as friends

What we wanted to be when we grew up

What did you think you’d be like at this age when you were 18

What is one thing you would love to achieve or see happen in a year from now

What are 2 things you love about yourself

What is something that you are not the best at right now but are actively working on
