We chat all about her career in teaching, navigating friendships after college, making wednesdays as special as fridays, what happens when travel plans aren’t what you expected and creating a flexible life plan.

I was so excited to score an hour of today’s guest time. Holly Finigan is the creator of the Nantucket blACKbook a modern day marketing agency. It’s pretty much a go-to guide for all things food & drink, shopping, and real estate on island. She’s one of the hardest working female entrepreneurs I know. Not only that, but she runs her business with a spirit of creativity, growth, positivity and best of all, a great sense of humor.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. On today’s show Jenn Orcutt and I have a uplifting, stigma-busting conversation surrounding mental health. Jenn and I share our experiences with the goal to not only get the conversation started, but also share the tools and resources we’ve used to make our lives ones of joy and growth. Neither of us are defined by our past with mental illness, rather it’s given us a platform to become more self aware and intentional about creating a joyful life, despite our struggles.

Kylie Mitchell is the founder of the food/lifestyle blog immaEATthat.com, which she started 6 years ago in an effort to stop disordered eating and help people fall back in love with a healthful relationship with food and their bodies. Through her blog and her private practice, immaEATthat Nutrition Counseling, Kylie works to promote positive body image, intuitive eating, eating disorder recovery and Health at Every Size.
In 2016, Kylie released her “How to Eat” eCourse, an online course on intuitive eating & body acceptance. The course was created to offer a more affordable option for nutrition counseling other than one-on-one counseling with a non-diet dietitian.
